Celebrate life with color, movement, and imagination!

I express life through the use of color and movement with my creations. The selection of colors oftentimes comes from photography of creatures alive in their own environments. The movement of the metal sometimes coupled with an articulating element brings a piece to life. I choose to manipulate both metal and glass to capture life and emulate it with a noble approach of appreciation. My inspiration not only comes from nature but a deep resonance of family, life experiences, and a continually investigative mind.

I started creating with manipulating molten soft glass – creating small beads and sculpture. Often times during life’s adventures of learning it leads to many different paths of knowledge; in my case leading me to pursue metal-smithing to elevate my work. The natural appreciation of working with molten glass was a perfect correlation into learning enameling on metal as a piece de resistance of my work.

I celebrate life with color, movement, and imagination!
